Gregory A. Locke, a New York City administrative law judge with the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings since April 2022, was terminated on March 21, 2023, for "unprofessional behavior." The firing followed a public social media exchange in which City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino called a Drag Queen Story Hour event "an absolutely shameful display"; Locke responded by telling her to "choke on a d**k." Paladino filed a complaint over the exchange, and the resulting investigation brought attention to Locke's paid OnlyFans and JustFor.Fans accounts, which he had been running since 2020, as well as a separate X-rated Twitter account he used under a different handle to drive traffic to them.
Locke has publicly disputed the basis for his firing, stating that his comments to Paladino, while "not polite," did not violate his job's ethical guidelines, and that his adult-content work occurred entirely outside of work hours. He has said he intends to continue both his political commentary and his OnlyFans work.
