Paul Hagen Admonished

Paul Hagen, a municipal judge in McClusky, North Dakota, was admonished by the North Dakota Supreme Court for violating the state's Code of Judicial Conduct by failing to complete his mandatory continuing judicial education. Hagen entered into a consent agreement with disciplinary counsel in July 2024, submitting an affidavit admitting he had not obtained the required 18 hours of continuing education credits over a three-year reporting period, from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023.
